Position Summary:

Responsible for storage of guest bags, including tagging of bags, storage, and timely return delivery of bags through ticket return system.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receiving and returning baggage to resort guests.
• Ensure safety of guest bags.
• Fill out claim checks for return bags.
• Store baggage in cubbies.
• Friendly and helpful guest interactions.
• Up to date knowledge of resort offerings, including but not limited to tickets, coaster operations, F&B hours, lesson times, lift closings, etc.

Qualifications:

• Must be over the age of 14.
• Outside job in a heated space.
• Weekends and holiday periods necessary.
• Good people skills.
• Friendly, gregarious, fast paced environment.
