Position Summary:

Responsible for greeting guests and directly communicating with them regarding resort operations, especially pertaining to food and beverage and bag storage during their stay.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests upon arrival.
• Assessing guest needs.
• Communicate directly with housekeeping for any cleanliness/commercial restroom needs.
• Communicating with other venues about available table seating, crowding levels.
• Up to date knowledge of resort offerings, including but not limited to tickets, coaster operations, F&B hours, lesson times, lift closings, etc.

Qualifications:

• Must be over the age of 14.
• Must possess effective communication skills for excellent guest interaction.
• Weekend and holiday periods necessary.
• Experience a plus, not required.
