Shift Information:
This position combines both 1st and 2nd shifts. Availability is required on Friday nights (2nd shift, until 11:00 PM), Sundays (1st shift), and holiday weeks (1st shift).
Season Start: Mid-December
Position Summary:
As a member of the Bell Staff, you’ll work closely with our Front Desk team to provide exceptional guest service with efficiency, warmth, and professionalism. This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, motivated, and enjoys interacting with people in a fast-paced resort environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Interaction: Greet all guests with a friendly smile, make eye contact, and offer assistance.
- Guest Assistance: Hold doors for arriving and departing guests, provide helpful information about the resort, and answer questions as needed.
- Communication: Upon arrival, check in with the Front Desk and review the function book for group schedules, meeting times, and room locations.
- Property Maintenance: Shovel, salt, and sweep all Country Inn entrances as needed. Inspect the pool area for icy spots and apply salt if necessary.
- Lobby Care: Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby area; empty trash at the coffee station when required.
- Luggage Assistance: Conduct luggage runs efficiently. Know the building and floor layouts to ensure guests’ belongings are delivered to the correct room or locker.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with Front Desk and fellow Bell Staff members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Professionalism: Maintain a neat appearance and courteous demeanor at all times.
Qualifications:
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Available for Friday nights (2nd shift until 11 PM), weekends, and holiday periods.
- Able to stand for extended periods.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
