Position Summary
Be the face of Jiminy Peak! As a Guest Services Associate, you’ll be the go-to person for resort information, helping guests make the most of their visit. From lift tickets and weather conditions to local amenities and general resort guidance, you’ll provide friendly, accurate, and professional support. This is a seasonal position with both part-time and full-time opportunities, including day and evening shifts. The season typically runs from late November through April, depending on weather.
Reports to: Tickets Supervisor and/or Tickets & Retail Manager
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide accurate information on resort details such as prices, weather, operations, and area amenities
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy; complete opening/closing deposits
- Manage operational banks and income bags responsibly
- Maintain and disperse lost & found items appropriately
- Assist in resolving guest issues or concerns with professionalism and care
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Strong guest service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well with diverse groups of people
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Availability on weekends and holidays with reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must successfully complete a Criminal Background Check (CORI)
