Location: Hancock, MA
Pay: $16 – $20/hour (based on experience)
Full-Time | Year-Round
At Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort, we’re looking for mechanically inclined individuals to join our year-round operations team. As a mechanic, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the equipment that powers our mountain—from snowmobiles and ski lifts to grooming machines and trucks. If you’re ready for a hands-on role in a one-of-a-kind setting, this is your opportunity.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with maintenance and repairs on grooming machines, ski lifts, snowmobiles, and trucks.
- Perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
- Help with snow plowing, sanding, and other seasonal tasks.
- Work outdoors in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
- Entry-level mechanical skills welcome—we’ll train the right person.
- Physically able to lift, push, pull heavy equipment and navigate steep terrain.
