24/25 Bell Staff

***This is a combined 1st and 2nd shift – They are needed Friday nights on 2nd shift until 11pm and Sundays on 1st shift and Holiday weeks on 1st shift***

Position Summary:

This position will work with our Front Desk staff to deliver timely, friendly, and helpful guest service. Applicants must be outgoing, highly motivated, and guest service orientated with effective communication skills and a desire to work with the public. This job Starts mid-December. This is a Part-Time Seasonal position.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Greet all guests – provide friendly salutation. Makes eye contact and helps.
  • Hold the Doors for incoming/outgoing guests – be knowledgeable to answer questions.
  • Communication – Upon arrival for your shift, make sure Front desk is aware you have arrived, check function book to see if there are any groups on property - take note of times and meeting rooms – This will help if you get asked.
  • Shovel, salt, and sweep all entrances to the Country Inn.
  • When open – check the pool area for icy areas – salt if needed.
  • Lobby – Maintain tidiness and empty garbage at coffee station if needed.
  • Luggage runs – Be familiar with building/floor layout and responsible to ensure all guests personal belongings are brought to the correct locker and or room.
  • Teamwork – work closely with FD and other Bell Staff.
  • Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.

Qualifications:

  • Able to lift a minimum of 50lb.
  • 16 years of age or older.
  • Must be available on Friday nights, weekends, and holiday periods.
  • Needed Friday nights 2nd Shift until 11pm, and weekends and holiday weeks on 1st Shift.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods.
