Position Summary: These are seasonal, hourly positions. Part-time on the weekends and full-time during Holiday weeks. We will not rule out candidates that are only available on weekends. Employment begins in early December and goes on until mid- to late March, weather permitting.

Reports to: Mountain Adventure Supervisor and/or Mountain Adventure Manager

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Greet guests.
• Check tickets.
• Ensure all guests meet height, weight, and age requirements.
• Assist guests with general resort information.
• Instruct guests on how to use the ride safely.
• Monitor guests during their ride and ensure they are participating safely.
• Assist guests as they enter and exit the ride.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 or over.
• Safety conscious.
• Customer service oriented.
• Available weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time, work outdoors and withstand variable weather conditions.
• Punctual and prepared to perform work duties.
• Able to work under minimum supervision.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to assist other departments when needed.
• Submit to a Criminal Background Check (CORI).
