24/25 Snowsports Customer Reservation Specialist

Hancock, MA

***This is a Part-Time or Full-Time Seasonal position***

Behind the scenes customer contact center. The Customer Communications Specialist takes calls from potential guests, answers questions, and actively booking lessons for any offer within the Snowsports Department. This is a Part-Time or Full-time Seasonal position.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Answering phones.
  • Taking reservations for the Snowsports Department.
  • Communicating with Snowsports Department about lesson availability.
  • Provide excellent, friendly guest service.
  • Answering questions about other offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Effective communication, both written and verbal.
  • Great active listening skills.
  • Patient, empathetic attitude on the phone.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Computer literacy. E-mail communication.
  • Phone skills/familiarity with multi-line phones system.
  • Customer Service oriented.
  • If over 18, you must submit to a Criminal Background Check (CORI).
