24/25 Snowsports Desk Attendant

Hancock, MA

****This is a full-time or part-time seasonal position.***

We offer both Full and Part-time seasonal positions. This position requires assisting guests with in-person, phone, and electronic requests for ski and snowboard lessons in various departments.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Primary - Scheduling various guest lessons for immediate and future bookings.
  • Registers the guest lessons, manually or electronically, based on dept. protocol.
  • Assisting in registering weekly school group lessons and other weekly group lesson programs.
  • Managing high volume in-person and phone traffic, during weekends and holidays.
  • Assists management in various other daily and/or weekly duties.
  • Prepares a daily deposit for all funds processed that day.
  • Have general resort knowledge based on guest questions that arise.

Qualifications:

  • Applicant must be 16+ years old, with 18+ preferred.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must have basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in person and by phone.
  • Must be able to work WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS, with flexibility.
  • If over 18, you must submit to a Criminal Background Check (CORI).
